Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At AS Digital Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, website development, and consultation services. Because our services are customized and service-based, we maintain a clear cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can request cancellation of their ongoing monthly services (like Social Media Management or SEO) by providing at least 15 days' notice. Cancellations can be requested by emailing us at connect@asdigitaltechnologies.in.

Refund Policy

Since we invest significant resources, time, and software costs immediately upon project initiation, refunds are handled as follows:

• Development & Design Services: A full refund of the deposit is available if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and before work has commenced. Once design or development work has started, payments are non-refundable.
• Monthly Management Services (Ads/SEO/SMM): No refunds are issued for months where service has already been rendered. For prepaid multi-month packages, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any complete, unrendered months.
• Consultation & Setup Fees: One-time setup fees or consultation booking fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved by our management team, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
